Acceptable usage

Do not create more than one account, and don't share it with others; you are responsible for any activity on your account.
Illegal activity, spam, or excessive resource usage that impacts our services is not allowed.
Don't use our services for critical situations where downtime could cause damage or personal injury.

Billing terms and refund policy

Chargebacks or disputes may lead to termination - please contact us first for help.
Use your sign-up email for invoices only.
We send invoices 10 days before they're due; not paying after 7 days may lead to termination.
Services start immediately after payment, so the 14-day withdrawal period doesn't apply. We still offer refunds.
We'll refund you if we can't deliver services, if uptime drops below 99% in a month (except maintenance), or if services are terminated without cause. Refunds go to your most recent payment method.
Otherwise, account credit is given for cancellations or changes in your monthly plan, proportional to the amount you didn't use (see full terms for details).

Actions we may take and limitations of liability

We may terminate services at any time, but we always prefer to communicate with you first.
We are not liable for losses from termination, downtime or user error - always back up your data.
Only upload content you own or have permission to use; we need to store and distribute it as part of our services.
We'll notify you of Terms of Service updates via your sign-up emnail. If you disagree to our changes, please request immediate cancellation.
